PuzzlePiece Insights

Thank you for taking your time to understand a little about us. Bringing insights and experience spanning over 28 years in Learning and Organisational Development (OD),  PuzzlePiece Insights was launched in November 2022.

PuzzlePiece was coined as I reflected on my daughter who is diagnosed with autism and the struggles she goes through to “fit in” just like a jigsaw puzzle.  In deeper reflection, I also  realized that the need to “fit in” resonates with all of us.

Each of us are unique in our abilities, talents and gifts that we offer to each other.  Each of us strive to work with each other in our families, teams in the workplace and communities in our larger society.

Organisations strive to ensure that departments and teams work in a synergistic manner to best achieve their objectives. Teams try to “fit in” by working on improving trust, communications and support with other teams and stakeholders.

At same time, “fitting in” does have its challenges and therefore requires individuals, teams and organisation to spend time to reflect.  Reflection provides Insights, to one’s thoughts and values. Insights provide a more effective cause for action (or inaction) in ourselves, for teams and organizations.
