Sebastian comes with over 30 years of Human Resource Development (HRD) and Organisational Development (OD) experience from three major industries- Healthcare, Hospitality and Consulting. Sebastian has led culture transformation & team development work extensively with Singapore organisations and MNC’s globally. Sebastian has a Masters in Training & HRM from the University of Leicester, is a certified facilitator and coach and his research on Outdoor Experiential Learning in Healthcare was also published in the Annals of Medicine in 2004.
Nitin Goil

Nitin has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education, leadership consulting, counselling and coaching and has worked with various local & global organizations in the United States, India and Singapore. His expertise lies in the area of leadership development & organization transformation, specifically around topics of diversity, inclusion and equity. In addition, Nitin mentors and coaches young leaders in Asia Pacific. Nitin is a facilitator and coach, with a degree in Psychology & Higher Education from the United States and also holds a certification from the American Psychological Association.

Eliza brings with her a wealth of Transformational Leadership experience in both private MNCs, SMEs and the public sector.
An accomplished coach, trainer and consultant for a number of Government Agencies in Singapore as well as the Civil Service Institutes of Bhutan, Myanmar and others.
Her experience with different corporate cultures enables deep understanding of cross-cultural challenges in communications, values and behaviours and decision making.
